First Class. Had great service from 'Gus. Gave me various options on finance for different equipment packages i was choosing. Even rang me to tell when it was in stock and arrived 2 days later. And even came with a free Ego 4.0Ah battery (worth £200)!

It's a pity that I am only able to award 5 stars to this company, they deserve more. I went to their premises yesterday with my daughter and we both discussed our requirements with Josh who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. All members of staff were really friendly even if they weren't serving us. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter purchased a mower there and then and I ordered one which Josh had to order online. Overnight I had given it some thought and changed my mind about which mower was right for me. The next morning I contacted Josh and he, without any quibble, changed my order. He even arranged to deliver the mower to my home address himself. What more can you possibly ask? This type of service is VERY rare nowadays and I cannot recommend Hayes Machinery too highly. highly recommended Hayes machinery. just purchased a Husqvarna 130 chainsaw from them. they showed me everything I needed to know about the chainsaw before I left. brilliant service and expert advice. Their YouTube channel is definitely worth checking out if you need some entertainment and advice. I will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely brilliant. I reached out to Hayes and they gave solid advice, plus pricing was competitive. Placed a large order at 4pm on Monday and items started turning up 11am Tuesday. Final pieces came on the Wednesday as promised.
